If you’re a mom, I’m guessing you have some (ok, maybe a lot) of days when you’re feeling stressed out. Did you know that exercise is one of the most effective stress relievers? It pumps up the production of endorphins, your brain’s “feel good” neurotransmitters. It decreases cortisol, your body’s “stress” hormone. And it’s like “meditation in motion” because you focus on the single task of moving your body. All of these things reduce your stress level and leave you better able to handle whatever life throws at you.
