Since December is typically when people make fitness goals for the new year, I like to remind everyone to make sure their fitness goals are SMART: specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound. Use the following guidelines to create SMART goals for the new year, and you’ll be on your way to a fitter you!
